The terms below will govern use of PointerPause when the application becomes publicly available.
Effective date:
Pre-release availability
PointerPause is currently being prepared for release. No public purchase or download is offered through this website yet.
Mac App Store distribution
If PointerPause is released through the Mac App Store, the application will be licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is published. App Store purchases, billing, and refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable terms and processes.
Direct distribution
If direct website sales are introduced, the applicable license, payment, refund, update, and delivery terms will be published before purchases are enabled.
System access
PointerPause requires macOS Accessibility permission to filter pointer events. You control that permission through System Settings and may revoke it at any time.
Appropriate use
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate recovery delay and confirming that PointerPause behaves as expected with your applications and pointing devices. PointerPause is a convenience utility and should not be relied upon for safety-critical, emergency, medical, or security functions.
